Bottesford is a village in the Vale of Belvoir, located close to the borders of three counties: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.

The Football Club was formed to promote the game at both youth and senior levels within the village and has been very successful. This year there are 7 youth teams - U9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 and 4 senior teams - U16, Reserves , 1st Team and Veterans, as well as a very successful 'Open' Saturday Football Club for ages 5 to 9 at the Belvoir High School playing fields.

Bottesford Football Club is an FA "Development Charter Standard" Football Club.
